In order to ensure everything in place for our Finance & Accounting Department, we're aggressively looking for a strong candidate to be a Finance and Accounting Officer with below details:

 

Objective: 

To assist Finance & Accounting Manager to maintain all the administrative procedures for finance and accounting is well executed. Provide accurate data in finance & accounting.

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the Finance & Accounting Manager, and the Corporate Team to develop and implement financial and accounting strategies
  • Create and track consolidated financial reports, and oversee all financial & accounting activities (including financial reporting for business)
  • Oversee company cash flow and ensure all payments are on time
  • Prepare tax calculations and make tax payments (PPN, PPh 4 ayat 2, PPh 25, PPh Badan)
  • Evaluate and analyze overall departmental processes, recommending improvements where needed and serve as liaison to other departments across the organization

 

 


 

 

Requirements

Ideally, our best candidate is:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance and Accounting major
  • Minimum of two years in the finance and accounting department
  • Strong administrative and data management experience
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity and serving diverse constituents
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with a diverse group of staffs and departments
  • Advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Accounting System
  • Possess initiative, demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail; proficiency with finance & accounting principles and processes
  • Must be able to multitask, set priorities, and manage competing demands also work effectively with minimal supervision and despite frequent interruptions and exercise independent judgment and discretion with confidential information
