Urbanhire is looking for an experienced sales professional to join the Urbanhire Business Team to grow platform adoption through new customer acquisition. This is a hand-on, high execution role which requires outstanding business skills to sell into fortune 1,000 companies, become a true sales challenger to our largest clients, and bring their feedback to the broader team to improve our product. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Urbanhire and the potential that we have to transform organisations through new talents. This role is based in Jakarta and reports to the Head of Sales.


DAILY BASIS you will :

  • Help build the enterprise client base in Indonesia, one of the top countries globally for Urbanhire
  • Execute the full sales cycle from prospecting to building relationships with the right stakeholders to working with HR and IT to structuring deals and guide them through product implementation
  • Navigate short and long-term sales cycles across multiple lines of business & departments within organisation
  • Own and hit annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
  • Deliver awe-inspiring product demos, provide insightful technical technical answers, and structure commercial agreements
  • Support our clients to ensure success across the ecosystem
  • Deep product expertise, understanding of the communications and collaboration landscape to sell a vision for how companies can change the way they hire and build phenomenal teams
  • Strong collaboration with cross-functional partners including Customer Success, Growth, Product and other teams
  • Strong sales with 5+ years professional experience in B2B software sales, HR related experience will be preferred
  • Proven track record of building strong C-level relationships and closing large transactions while exceeding sales targets
  • Experience deploying SaaS platforms across enterprise organisations and driving long-term engagement
  • Interested in enterprise software, great products, dynamic start-up environments and the business of innovation
  • Min Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experiences
  • Preferable having experience in consulting firm
  • Keen ability to translate complexity into simple and intuitive actions plans and communications
  • Strategic thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environment
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving product and respond strategically to customer needs
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside Urbanhire
  • Experience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision
  • Strong analytical ability and outstanding communication skills
